ATSU Kirksville Family Medicine welcomes Franchesca Cook, PA, as new provider

A.T. Still University (ATSU) Kirksville Family Medicine is pleased to announce Franchesca Cook, PA, as a new provider. Cook will see patients from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Tuesdays at the ATSU Gutensohn Clinic, located at 800 W. Jefferson St., in Kirksville, Missouri.

Cook received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of North Dakota in 2016. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri (2011), and an associate’s degree in nursing from Indian Hills Community College (1997).

“I am excited to join the outstanding staff at ATSU Kirksville Family Medicine and provide care to my hometown community,” Cook said. “Whether it’s family medicine, women’s health, or urgent care, I look forward to establishing new relationships with our patients and helping promote individual and community wellness.”

Cook has eight years of practice as a physician assistant in emergency medicine and wound care. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Missouri Association of Physician Assistants.
