Upcoming Hero Healer luncheon features ASDOH alum and ATSU Board of Trustees member

Mark your calendar for the next George Blue Spruce Hero Healer luncheon guest speaker on Thursday, January 22, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in Cougar classroom on the Arizona campus. Isaac Navarro, DMD ’08, an ATSU Board of Trustees member, will be sharing his experiences as a healer working with the underserved.
Dr. Navarro is a dentist, educator and leader for Family HealthCare Network (FHN), a large Community Health Center in Tulare and King Counties, Calif. FHN was organized through the work of Cesar Chavez in California’s central valley, and is today the medical home for over 180,000 individuals.
Dr. Navarro will share his pathway into service at a Community Health Center and his experiences in serving those most in need. Come gain some inspiration! Lunch will be provided.
