Second-year students top first-year team in annual Kirksville, Missouri, flag football game

In front of hundreds of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends, the second-year A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health flag football team defeated the first-year squad, 21-13, during the annual Founder’s Day game at the Thompson Campus Center field.
The contest was tied 7-7 at half before the second-year team scored offensive and defensive touchdowns to open a 21-7 lead. The first-year team battled back with a late touchdown, but the second-year team was able to run out the clock and record a win.
