PTs earn white coats
Posted: June 28, 2010ASHS’ Physical Therapy program held its annual white coat and pinning ceremony June 21 at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre in Mesa, Ariz. The class of 2011 was presented with white coats, recognizing their transition into a clinical setting. In recognition of the completion of their first year of didactic study, the class of 2012 received pins symbolizing membership into the physical therapy profession and their association with ATSU.
Physical therapy faculty members recited the principles of the Physical Therapy Code of Ethics to the 121 students. The Code of Ethics delineates the ethical obligations of all physical therapists as determined by the House of Delegates of the American Physical Therapy Association.
