PT alumnus provides services for Arizona soccer club

Matt Midkiff, PT, DPT ’02, is part of the physical therapy team at Foothills Sports Medicine in Mesa, Ariz., that was recently named the preferred provider for the Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club (AASC). The AASC (formally Gilbert Soccer Club) was created in 1992 as an offshoot of the Gilbert Youth Soccer Association (GYSA). GYSA recognized the need in the community to create a place where the highly advanced players could develop and test their skills against the best players throughout Arizona

Dr. Midkiff has a strong background in sports medicine and post-surgical rehabilitation, and has been a youth soccer coach for 16 years in the Valley as well as coaching state championship teams and players who are now playing professional soccer for U.S. national teams.
