The National Center for American Indian Health Professions (NCAIHP) on the ATSU Arizona campus is sponsoring a series of displays and exhibits exemplifying American Indian culture. The first in the series is a display of Navajo sand paintings which will be on display in Building 5845, Suite 213 through May 1. Sand paintings are among the healing methods used in the Navajo culture.
Look for upcoming exhibits featuring Kachina dolls, sweat lodges, Northwest totem poles, and prayer poles.
