Richard W. Anderson, D.O., a 1946 graduate of KCOM and long-time member of the ATSU Board of Trustees, has a lifetime of achievements in osteopathic medicine, volunteerism, and philanthropy. Although he has retired from his medical practice, he continues to be a major contributor to the promotion of osteopathic medicine, as well as to the future of ATSU. Because of the significant mark he has left and continues to leave on the profession and on osteopathic medical education, ATSU President Jack Magruder has proclaimed this Friday, May 6, Dr. Anderson’s birthday, Dr. Richard W. Anderson Day at A.T. Still University.
