Audiology students receive white coats
ASHS’ Doctor of Audiology program welcomed the class of 2018 at its White Coat Ceremony held Oct. 10 in Mesa, Ariz. Ten students received their white coats, which symbolize entry into patient care and serve as a reminder of the importance of professionalism.
“Today’s ceremony isn’t about the coat – it’s about the person you become when you wear the coat,” said keynote speaker Emily Nairn-Jewell, AuD, ’12.
