Dr. Maxwell named American representative for World Coordinating Committee for Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice

Barbara Maxwell, DPT, MSc, THE, FNAP, PT, ’06, professor and university director of interprofessional education and collaboration for A.T. Still University, has been named the American representative for the American Interprofessional Health Collaborative (AIHC) as part of the World Coordinating Committee for Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice (WCC-ATBH).

As the American representative for AIHC, Dr. Maxwell will serve as one of eight individuals representing the different network organizations under WCC-ATBH. She will serve for a term of three years, beginning in 2017, and attend conferences on health care as well as “achieve the aims of the WCC, to consult with and represent the views and experiences of their networks, and to promote the WCC within their network.”
