A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Health Sciences (ATSU-ASHS) Dean Randy Danielsen, PhD, PA-C emeritus, DFAAPA, was recently inducted into the ASHS Alumni Chapter of the ATSU Alumni Association.

Dr. Danielsen has been with the University for more than 20 years. In that time, he has consistently attended alumni board meetings and events, demonstrating his commitment to ATSU-ASHS alumni.

“Over the years, Dr. Danielsen has helped our school attract the best students, faculty, and community partners,” says Cynthia Wheeler, MS, OTR/L, ’98, chair of the ASHS Alumni Chapter. “He has helped to build some of the most distinguished health professions programs in the country. Beyond that, he has shown great commitment to our alumni. We welcome him as an honorary member of the ASHS Alumni Chapter of the ATSU Alumni Association!”

As dean, Dr. Danielsen believes that alumni relations is part of the job. He has embraced this responsibility enthusiastically. “Over the past decade, it has been my honor to attend alumni receptions for the different disciplines within ATSU-ASHS all over the country,” says Dr. Danielsen. “I enjoy seeing how well our alumni are fulfilling the mission of the University. Becoming an honorary alumnus was a huge surprise, and is an honor I will treasure for the rest of my life.”
