Do you know someone who has conquered cancer?

A.T. Still University (ATSU), Mesa campus, is having its first Relay for Life event May 4-5, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the front lawn of the main building. At Relay for Life, our ATSU community will come together to honor cancer survivors, remember loved ones, and fight back against a disease that never sleeps.

Relay teams will camp out overnight and take turns walking around our campus building. We are looking to honor survivors at our ATSU event as special guests who will receive a dinner during the event as well as participate in a survivor-only relay lap created to recognize the brave journey of these individuals.

Survivors are the reason we relay. These courageous individuals have undergone tremendous changes in their lives. As they share their survivor stories, they give us a broader look at our own lives and how important it is that we continue the fight to win the battle against cancer. Survivors celebrate what they’ve overcome, while inspiring and motivating their community to take action in the fight against cancer. If you know a cancer survivor that would like to participate in this incredible event, please direct them to register as a survivor at Relay for Life @ ATSU
