Black co-authors JAAPA article

Cody Black, MHS, PA-C, assistant professor, A.T. Still University-Arizona School of Health Sciences, co-authored “My patient wants to try e-cigarettes to quit smoking. What should I say?“, which is featured in the August issue of Journal of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

The article concentrates on electronic cigarettes and their growing popularity as an alternative to actual cigarettes. Electronic cigarettes are often used as a cigarette replacement in patients who are attempting to stop smoking. However, there are increasing concerns regarding both their efficacy and safety, resulting in calls for tighter regulation of their use.
