ATSU Mesa campus is hosting several events to kick off 2013 spring Wellness Week.
Biofeedback demo
Stop by the Department of Student Affairs on Monday, Feb. 4, to see a demonstration and to try out an interactive, video-game based resource that promotes relaxation and breath control.
Employee fitness assessments
All employees are encouraged to RSVP with Human Resources to complete their fitness assessment as part of the Still Healthy program on Tuesday, February 5.
Student fitness assessments
Students are encouraged to complete a fitness assessment during one of two time frames on Wednesday, Feb. 6: 6:30 to 9 a.m. and 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. Sign-up to let us know you’ll be coming.
Relay for Life kick-off
On Thursday, Feb. 7, learn about how to get involved with ATSU’s inaugural Relay for Life; organizers will have informational booths and an interactive obstacle course on the Main Lawn.

Learning enrichment open house
Make an appointment to meet with Arizona’s Learning Enrichment Advisor, Mara Giles, and Learning Resources Director Tim Tucker during their open house; dual advisement on academic and learning styles will take place. Please make an appointment in advance.
Yoga
End your day with a student-led yoga session on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 5:15 p.m. and again on Thursday, Feb. 7 at 4:30 p.m. Both sessions will take place in the first-floor student lounge in the Main Building.
