ATSU’s Athletic Training Student Association wins NATA-REF student challenge for second year in a row

A.T. Still University’s (ATSU) Athletic Training Student Association (ATSA) once again voted to participate in the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) Research and Education Foundation’s (NATA-REF) National Athletic Training Student Challenge (NATSC).
This year, ATSU’s team donated $4,742 to win the NATSC for the second year in a row.
Last year, ATSU’s team won NATSC with fundraising donations of over $5,000; this year student’s set a goal of $5,000 in donations to NATA-REF, which provides educational scholarships and research grants for athletic training students and researchers, helping to fund advancements in athletic training research and education.
NATSC includes athletic training student programs from across the country participating in a friendly fundraising competition throughout the academic year.
Overall, NATSC raised $9,445 for NATA-REF.
