A.T. Still University’s (ATSU) Rotaract Club recently honored Ron Gaber, EdS, ATSU dean emeritus of students and vice president emeritus of student affairs, for serving as the club’s adviser since the club’s inception in 2003. Gaber retired from ATSU as vice president for student affairs in March 2012, and stepped down as Rotaract adviser on April 26, 2013.
Under his leadership, the ATSU Rotaract Club was responsible for the installation of the disc golf course in Rotary Park and for such service projects as the recent “Can You Build It?” food drive that collected 2,700 cans for the Christian Community Food Depot. Dean Gaber presented the club with a Rotaract banner as a token of his appreciation and affection for past and current Rotaract members.
