ATSU’s Missouri campus celebrated Founder’s Day with activities starting Sept. 29 and ending Oct. 1. This year, students met with AOA President Martin S. Levine, D.O., ’80, M.P.H., ’03, during a meet and greet session. Dr. Levine then led the Fred C. Tinning, Ph.D., Founder’s Day Osteopathy Lecture, titled “Thinking Osteopathically.” Following the lecture, Dr. A.T. Still was honored at a graveside ceremony.

At the all-campus meeting, Board Chair Carl Bynum, D.O., M.P.H., ’75, gave a “state of the University” update and alumni from the classes of ’61 and ’86 were honored. Everyone gathered at Still-A-Bration for a barbecue, talent show, and bonfire. The highlight of Still-A-Bration was the “Pie your favorite professor” event, sponsored by the Surgical Club. Proceeds from the pie event benefitted the St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
