ATSU Distinguished Service Award presented to Andy Then

Andy Then, facilities manager, ATSU Mesa campus, was presented with the annual Distinguished Service Award for 2013. Then, who has been with ATSU since 2001, received the award at the 2013 Employee Service Award event on July 16. Criteria for the award include having a minimum of 10 years of service, being a current employee of ATSU that does not have full-time teaching status, and demonstrates outstanding service to the University.

“Great employee. Always gets the job done and makes the impossible happen.”
“Although many of the candidates meet the criteria of the award, Andy is one of the University’s unsung heroes. His insight and efficiency into maintaining and making improvements in buildings is outstanding.”
Then’s wife Janice, grandson Brady Deschamps, and son-in-law, Dr. John Parsons were in attendance.
