AT faculty member selected to deliver inaugural lecture

Sue Falsone PT, MS, SCS, ATC, CSCS, COMT, RYT®, associate professor, Athletic Training, A.T. Still University, Department of Interdisciplinary Health Sciences, presented “Integration of rehab and performance: Best practices to unite a team,” at the University of Wisconsin (UW) Sports Medicine Annual Symposium in May. Falsone was an invited speaker to give the first annual Shari Khaja Excellence and Innovation in Sports Medicine Lecture. The annual lecture honors Shari Khaja Dorresteijn, a UW graduate, athletic trainer and manager of physician extender services with UW Health Sports Medicine Center. Dorresteijn and her husband were killed in a motor vehicle accident in April 2014.
