A walk through the labyrinth

A.T. Still University(ATSU) faculty, staff, and students had a chance to take a personal journey through the labyrinth on the Missouri campus.

The Still Well Spiritual Team and the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine Center for Medical Humanities  co-sponsored the labyrinth walk, held in the Thompson Campus Center gymnasium.

The labyrinth is an archetypal geometric pattern—a classic symbol of wholeness, a path for walking meditation, inviting one into a spiritual transformational experience. Walking the labyrinth tends to have a calming effect giving hope and a sense of wellbeing.

Walking the path is a personal experience, an opportunity to clear your mind and seek insight into one’s personal journey, deepen self-knowledge and empower creativity.
