2010 Arizona campus Employee Investment Campaign kick-off

[cincopa 10509079]

ATSU’s Arizona campus gathered October 7 for the 2010 Employee Investment Campaign kick-off event. Attendees were treated to a carnival atmosphere with cotton candy, popcorn, and games including a hula hoop contest and water balloon toss. Red, yellow, and blue balloons circled the lawn while a deejay kept the mood festive. Those turning in their pledge cards got to throw balls at a dunk tank containing Physical Therapy Chair Ann Lee Burch, MS, PT, MPH, EdD; ITS Director Curt Law, MBA; Assistant Vice President of Student Services Beth Poppre, MEd; Audiology Chair Tabitha Parent-Buck, AuD; and Library Services Director Mike Kronenfeld, MBA, MLS. This year’s Employee Investment Campaign theme is “Your Impact!” and emphasizes the significant impact each individual staff member can make with a contribution at any level. Faculty, staff, and department chairs are encouraged to give to the campaign October 7-30, after which, campus directors, deans, and provosts will be challenged to help reach the $100,000 goal. Employees on the Arizona campus should watch their email for details about upcoming campaign events including Iron Chef ATSU on October 12, Salsa Challenge on October 21, and the Barbeque and Leadership Challenge on October 30.
