Cancer’s thermal enemy Mark DeSantis, DO, ’93, was granted a U.S. patent for his research on the thermal treatment of cancer using carbon nanotechnology. Dr. DeSantis is a board certified nuclear radiologist at the Veterans Administration Hospital in New York.
