Babcock was chosen for his academic achievement, financial need, participation in extracurricular activities, and commitment to osteopathic medicine. Mark Babcock, OMS II, received the Russell C. McCaughan, D.O., Education Scholarship of $400. The award was presented by the American Osteopathic Foundation Board of Directors and the Committee on Educational Grants.
