1930s Doran A. Farnum, DO, ’36, San Juan Capistrano, Calif., celebrated his 100th birthday Nov. 6, 2012. He also was featured in The Orange County Register in the article “Nearing 100, doctor is still in,” which highlighted his long, successful career.

Michael V. Altamura, DO, ’80, Scottsdale, Ariz., died Nov. 15, 2012. Grant E. Atwell, DO, ’41, Meyersdale, Pa., died Jan. 16, 2013, at age 98. He was born Aug. 8, 1914, in Emlenton, Scrubgrass Township, in Venango County, son of the late James Edwin and Bess (Lyttle) Atwell.
