Ewing to present at conference

Helen Ewing, D.H.Sc.

Helen Ewing, D.H.Sc., director of the ASHS Doctor of Health Sciences program, will be a presenter at the 26th Annual Conference on Distance Teaching & Learning on August 4-6 in Madison, Wis.

Her program, entitled “Developing Processes to Manage Plagiarism in Distance Education,” will discuss the importance of developing standardized processes to identify plagiarism and how they can enhance the learning experience, maintain the reputation of an institution, and advance student scholarship.

The Annual Conference on Distance Teaching & Learning is recognized internationally for the quality and integrity of its program. Each year the conference provides an exchange of current resources, research, and best practices from around the world that are relevant to the design and delivery of distance education and training.
