  • Museum Gift Shop

The Museum of Osteopathic Medicine Gift Shop offers a selection of gifts, prints and hard-to-find books on Andrew Taylor Still and osteopathic history.

    Books, Gifts, and Prints

In addition to our selection of hard-to-find books, we also carry a wide variety of prints and gift items with an osteopathic theme, such as D.O. caduceus bookmarks, nervous system T-shirts, and “My highest Ambition” Auto Sun visors. Many of these are our own designs and are not available elsewhere.

Items offered for sale through our gift shop are chosen carefully to help support our preservation and interpretation goals. All profits from the gift shop sales are placed in an endowment fund and used solely for the pursuit of the Museum’s mission.

Museum members receive a 10 percent discount on all purchases.

Orders may be made by mail, phone, or FAX using this order form. Phone and FAX orders require a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express).

Overseas payments must be made with a credit card or money order.

    A.T. Still Museum collage

The collections of the Museum of Osteopathic Medicine include more than 80,000 objects, photographs, documents, and books dating from the early 1800s to the present (focused mainly on 1870–1940). The core of the collection consists of artifacts from A. T. Still's professional and private life, most of them donated by Dr. Still's daughter, Blanche Laughlin, and members of her family.

Since the founding of the Museum in 1934, other family members, DOs, and Museum supporters have donated many additional artifacts that reflect the ongoing history of the osteopathic profession. The research collections of the International Center for Osteopathic History (ICOH) also include many former holdings of the A.T. Still Memorial Library, for which the Museum assumed responsibility in 1997.
