The Department of Student Affairs consists of Student Affairs, Admissions, Enrollment Services, Behavioral Health & Wellness, Learning Resources and Accommodation Services, Student Life, and Fitness. Student Affairs is under the direction of the Vice President for Student Affairs.

The Department of Student Affairs is under the leadership of the Vice President of Student Affairs with a distributed leadership model shared between the Arizona, Missouri and California campuses. Staff for each of the offices within Student Affairs are located on both campuses and provide university-wide support for all ATSU students.
