Alumni Portal
The ATSU Alumni Portal, which is name- and password-protected, provides information and services designed exclusively for alumni, including access to unofficial transcripts, designated ATSU Library resources, and the Alumni Directory.
- Graduates who have logged into the Alumni Portal within the past year and already have a username and password, please go to my.atsu.edu to access the portal.
- Most alumni accounts still exist in the ATSU system. If you have not logged into the Alumni Portal within the past year, you may only need to reset your password. Use the password reset link on the ATSU portal login screen - https://my.atsu.edu. For assistance, please visit the ATSU ITS Knowledge Base website - https://its.atsu.edu/knowledgebase/alumni-access/
- Graduates who no longer have an account will need to complete the Alumni Portal Access Form. The form is submitted automatically to Information Technology & Services (ITS), however, portal activation may take 3-5 working days. After ATSU Alumnus status is verified and the portal account is created, Alumni Relations will send an email to the graduate with their username and password.
- Recent Graduates - Each year on November 1, the accounts of ATSU graduates from the prior year are changed from student status to alumni status. Services for alumni differ from those available to students. Your alumni account will stay active as long as you login via the my.atsu.edu portal at least every six months. This login must be from a computer, not a mobile device. Please go here for full details on technology services for alumni.

Online Alumni Directory
Connecting with classmates and alumni friends is easy through the ATSU Online Alumni Directory. The directory, available on the ATSU Alumni Portal, allows graduates to search for other alumni by name, graduation year, city/state, school/college, and/or program.
First-Time Users | Please complete the Alumni Portal Access Form. After ATSU Alumnus status is verified, Information Technology Services will create your access to the Alumni Portal and you will receive an email from Alumni Relations that contains your login information. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your request.
Returning Users & Recent Graduates | Please login to the ATSU Alumni Portal to access the Online Alumni Directory
Each graduate’s listing includes information available in their alumni record, including degree, school/college, graduation year, and contact information (phone, address, and email.) Alumni who do not want their contact information listed in the directory are encouraged to contact Alumni Relations at 660.626.2307 or alumni@atsu.edu to opt out.
Any technical questions concerning the ATSU Online Alumni Directory should be directed to the IT Help Desk (helpdesk@atsu.edu).
Alumni who note inaccuracies in their directory information are encouraged to contact Alumni Relations or provide updates here.
Diploma and Transcript Information
Your Diploma
Diplomas will be mailed to the address in the Anthology Student portal. Diplomas will arrive 6-8 weeks after graduation, once all program requirements are fulfilled.
Ordering a Replacement or Duplicate Diploma
You may order a replacement or duplicate diploma from the Enrollment Services by submitting this form. Diplomas are $50 each and will take 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered. Payment must be received before diplomas are ordered.

Alumni and Graduating Student Employment Opportunities
This online job board is a service provided to ATSU alumni and graduating students seeking employment and employers searching for ATSU graduates to fill vacant positions. These job opportunities are shared by both external employers and other alumni who value the skills and expertise of ATSU graduates. As a free resource for both employers and job-seekers, we encourage you to check back often when you are looking for a new opportunity or when you have positions at your organization or company to advertise.
Job submissions will be reviewed and posted within a few days. Once posted, positions will remain online for six months. Please direct any questions to alumni@atsu.edu.

Alumni Ambassador Program
The ATSU Alumni Ambassador program offers alumni the opportunity to stay connected with their alma mater in an effort to build impactful, long-lasting relationships with students and fellow alumni. Alumni Ambassadors use their educational background, insight, and years of professional experience to advise and mentor current and prospective students. In addition, Alumni Ambassadors speak with students to address questions surrounding specialities, fellowships, and much more. Participation in the Alumni Ambassador program is open to alumni from all of ATSU’s schools and programs. Individuals who serve as Alumni Ambassadors agree to have their contact information shared with current and prospective ATSU students.
Opportunities for Alumni Ambassadors:
- Speak with current or prospective students about your experiences at ATSU and in your professional field
- Offer mentorship, and possibly shadowing experience, to current ATSU students
- Assist ATSU Admissions Department in the recruitment of prospective students in your area
- Discuss opportunities current or prospective students have in the healthcare profession
- Attend ATSU-sponsored events, in your area and/or in conjunction with state and national conventions
