Financial Conflict of Interest Policy

ATSU meets the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 42, CFR Part 50, Subpart F Promoting Objectivity in Research and Title 45, CFR Part 94 Responsible Prospective Contractors. These regulations establish new standards and clarify previously established standards for institutions that apply for or receive research funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service, awarding components for grants, cooperative agreements, and research contracts.

In compliance with these Federal regulations, ATSU's Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) policy is posted on the institution’s external website. The University’s FCOI Policy applies to all investigators at ATSU, and to all ATSU research where the activity is sponsored or, if non-sponsored, involves human subjects.
