Employees, Students, Offices, and Organizations
For reservations and contact information for ATSU's facilities, please refer to the Facilities Resource Guide and the Facilities Resource Guide Form located on the Student Government Association website.
General Information Regarding ATSU Facility Reservations:
The following applies to the utilization of all ATSU facilities for meetings, parties, or other special or social events.
- Utilization of ATSU facilities shall be by ATSU departments, ATSU recognized groups and organizations, and other ATSU determined eligible organizations only. Eligible organizations include those with eleemosynary and medical education/health care missions consistent with the mission of the University.
- ATSU reserves the right to exclude any individual or group from usage of its facilities.
- Food and nonalcoholic beverages may be consumed only in designated conference rooms, classrooms, and the Thompson Campus Center (TCC) after reservations and arrangements for such have been made in advance.
- Alcoholic beverages may be used in compliance with ATSU Policy Order No. 95-101, Alcoholic Beverage Consumption in ATSU Facilities.
- Food and beverage privileges may be revoked at any time there is abuse of such privileges/violation of this policy.
- Scheduling of ATSU academic facilities shall be initiated in the Education Development and Services Office. Scheduling of the Thompson Campus Center is done through the director of that facility. Scheduling of the OMM Lab is done through the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. Scheduling of the Centennial Commons is done through Student Affairs.

Anatomy lab is available to ATSU students except during other scheduled
class time. The anatomy department fellows are available by prior arrangement.

CHECK CASHING/STAMPS

Students and employees will be limited to check cashing privileges of $25.00 per day at the ATSU Controller's Office, with the exception of students not banking in Kirksville, where the daily limit will be $100.00. A $5.00 service charge will be assessed on all "insufficient fund" returned checks. For a complete policy on check cashing, please see ATSU Policy Order No. 50-108.
Postage stamps can be purchased in books of 10 stamps (limit 1 book).
Stop by the Controller's Office to enroll for direct deposit of student
refunds.
