DAT Life Moment | Stacy B.

Shadow

After many years as a clinical athletic trainer, returning to school was important to me in order to stay informed with the latest research and findings in athletic training education. The athletic training profession has evolved significantly in my clinical experience, but patient care has remained the central focus.

I chose to attend A.T. Still University for my Doctor of Athletic Training because I was able to continue my clinical practice while taking classes. The opportunity to learn from world-class teachers has enabled me to become a leader in concussion management in my community. As a result of being able to immediately apply this new knowledge into the clinical setting, our school has continued to be a medical leader within the conference space and affect patient care at many different sites.
