Admission Requirements

1. Candidates accepted for admission to the Doctor of Health Sciences program will have earned a master’s or doctorate degree in a healthcare discipline from a regionally accredited institution, or from a foreign university based on a transcript evaluation.  www.naces.org
2. Candidates must have achieved a minimum overall graduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Candidates must provide all official transcripts prior to matriculation.
4. Candidates must be a licensed or credentialed healthcare professional or have two years experience as administrators, educators, or researchers in healthcare.
5. Candidates must submit a resume or curriculum vitae detailing personal, educational, and professional achievements.
6. Candidates must submit three letters of recommendation.
7. Candidates must complete an application form and submit the application fee.
8. Candidates may be asked to participate in a short phone interview.
