New Graduate Information
Congratulations new alumni!
Welcome to the ATSU alumni body. We're pleased to have you join this dynamic group of health care professionals.
This site has been designed to assist you as you begin your professional responsibilities and to provide you with information about the opportunities and services available to you.
Your Diploma
Diplomas will be mailed to your permanent address 8 to 12 weeks after graduation, once all program requirements are fulfilled.
Ordering a Replacement or Duplicate Diploma
You may order a replacement or duplicate diploma from the Registrar's
Office by submitting this form. Diplomas are $75 each and will take 8 to 12 weeks to be delivered.
Payment must be received before diplomas are ordered.
Ordering Transcripts
Transcripts can be ordered online from the Registrar's Office by completing
and submitting this
form. There
is a fee of $5 for each transcript ordered.
Privacy Options for Records
Information about FERPA (The Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act) is available online, as well as Non-Disclosure Forms.

Alumni Services and Benefits
Employment opportunities for all graduates.
Alumni Services assists you in finding a wonderful professional opportunity by maintaining this up-to-date column for graduates of all ATSU schools/colleges. Potential employers post their preapproved opportunities on the site, where they are maintained for six months.

Library Services.
The ATSU Library Services consists of information resources, an introduction to evidence-based medicine, PubMed (database of journal articles), and StatRef. Go here to log into this service.
Keeping your alumni record current.
Help Alumni Services keep your record accurate so you don't miss
out on invitations to events, your alumni e-newsletter, University
publications, and more by going here and
completing and submitting the form.
Share good news.
Please share your news of accomplishments, both personal and professional,
with the Alumni Services Office and, if you wish, your classmates and other
friends by completing and submitting this form.
On the form, you have the option to give permission to have
special news included in alumni publications.
Your alumni email account.
You receive continued use of your ATSU email address. This way,
your contacts always have a way to reach you and you can stay connected
with the University.
Use of the ATSU Portal.
You will be able to continue to access the ATSU Portal.
Invitations to alumni events.
Every year, you will be invited to attend Founder's Day and other campus
events.

University Publications
As a graduate, you will receive University publications, such as Still Magazine, Still Review, Vital Signs, and the Annual Report, to name a few. Please contact Communications and Marketing if you have questions about publications.
Giving back to your alma mater
Your support will help the University provide scholarships to deserving students, enhance academic programs, recruit and retain quality faculty members, maintain facilities, and beautify our campuses.
