Corporate Matching Gifts
Maximizing the Impact of Your Gift to ATSU
Nearly 1,000 U.S. companies across the country offer matching gift programs, which encourage their employees to invest their philanthropic dollars in higher education. Many of these companies also match gifts made by retirees, officers of the board, spouses, and/or domestic partners.
Why should I consider a matching gift?
Matching gifts are an easy way to increase your level of support to ATSU. You can more than double or triple your investment in ATSU, depending on your company’s match ratio. In addition, both you and your company will be recognized for your matching gift within appropriate University donor honor rolls.
Can my company help me increase my gift?
Do you or your spouse work for a matching gift company? How do you initiate the gift from your company? To find out if your company (or your spouse’s employer) has a matching gift program and if it will match your gift to ATSU, check with your company's human resources department..
If the company has a gift match program, please request a matching gift form from the human resources department of the employer. It’s as easy as completing and signing the form and then sending it to the address below along with your gift:
Development Office
A.T. Still University
800 W. Jefferson St.
Kirksville, MO 63501
The company’s matching gift is directed to the same designation as your personal gift, unless company policy dictates otherwise.
If you have additional questions pertaining to matching gifts, contact a representative of the Development office at 866.626.2878, ext. 2180 or development@atsu.edu.
