ATSU Alumni Portal Access Form

Welcome Alumni!

The ATSU Alumni Portal(, which is name- and password-protected, provides information and services designed exclusively for alumni, including access to unofficial transcripts, designated ATSU Library resources, and the Alumni Directory.

To request portal access, please complete and submit the form below. Once your alumni status is verified by Alumni Relations, the ATSU Information Technology Services department will create your access to the Alumni Portal and you will receive an email from Alumni Relations that contains your login information.
