Noel J. M. Carrasco

Noel J. M. Carrasco, MD, FAAP, BCIM, completed his pediatric residency at the Albany Medical Center & Hospital, Albany, NY and his fellowship in perinatal-neonatal medicine at NY Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Carrasco is a recent graduate fellow of University of Arizona’s Program of Integrative Medicine and is board certified in both pediatrics and neonatology. In addition to over 30 years of continuous clinical practice, he has been actively involved in both clinical research of pulmonary hypertension, senescent cell protein, and hemolytic anemia, very low birth-weight in infants and ABR screening of sewborns, and also bench research in neuro-anatomy, monoaminehistochemistry, and on Injury to the developing brain.
