Joint mobilization in an invivo model of posttraumatic osteoarthritis

Purpose

The Study will optimize the time course after impact injury for progression of osteoarthritis

Aims

  1. Osteoarthritis will be scored histologically for cartilage degradation and matrix integrity according to the recommended Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) scoring.
  2. Biomarkers will be measured through collected blood, urine, and synovial fluid from rats.
