Parker Crutchfield, PhD, is research director and assistant professor at A.T. Still University’s Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-MOSDOH). Additionally, Dr. Crutchfield serves as a research scientist at ATSU’s Still Research Institute. He earned his doctorate (2011) and master’s (2008) in philosophy from Arizona State University and completed his bachelor’s in philosophy at the University of Michigan in 2003.
Prior to joining ATSU, Dr. Crutchfield served as adjunct faculty at Maricopa Community Colleges and as faculty associate at Arizona State University. He is actively involved with several ATSU committees and serves as chair of ATSU-MOSDOH’s Faculty Council and Research Committee.
r. Crutchfield has presented on psychological and philosophical topics, and his research interests include ethics education and oral public health among many others. He holds professional affiliations with the American Philosophical Association, International Association for Dental Research, and Society of Psychology and Philosophy.
