Rhinosinusitis with Postnasal Drip

Correct Correct! The patient does appear from their history and signs and symptoms to have postnasal drip that is causing her cough. Her fever, tenderness over her maxillary sinuses, and the air-fluid levels in both maxillary sinuses in the radiograph indicate she has rhinosinusitis as well.
