Chest Exam

Bob complains of right sided chest pain. Mild tenderness is palpated over the 4th and 5th costochondral junctions. No lesions were noted. Full expansion of the chest on inspiration was only seen
on the left side of the patient. Dullness to percussion was noted over the right lower lung lobe.
