Presenting Complaint: Helen
complains that she is feeling tired. She also mentions having a persistant
cough that has bothered her for about 3 weeks. She mentions waking up at
night covered with sweat and that she is losing a lot of weight. She also
complains of having a fever during the day. When she started coughing up
blood she decided it was time to get help. She has been homeless for the
past 5 years and mentions that this winter has been tough on her.
