Thomas Van Vleck, MA, LPC
Mental Health Wellness Counselor

Thomas E. Van Vleck (Thom) received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Truman State University in 1992 and his Master’s Degree in Counseling from Truman State in 1998.  He has 15 years of counseling experience (the first 6 years as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Level II, then as a Provisionally Licensed Counselor (Missouri) for two years, and the last 7 years as fully licensed LPC.  Thom has worked in a wide range of areas in the counseling field with a wide range of ages.  Thom's office is located on the third floor of the Gutensohn Osteopathic Health and Wellness Clinic, Room 304.

Sarah Thomas, MSW, LCSW
Mental Health Wellness Counselor

Sarah Thomas MSW, LCSW received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2003 and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2005.  She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2005.  Sarah's office is located on the third floor of the Gutensohn Osteopathic Health and Wellness Clinic, Room 304.

Art Davalos-Matthews, MA, LPC
Mental Health Wellness Counselor

Art Davalos-Matthews, MA LPC received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Comunication from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse in 1985, a diploma in practical nursing from the Cape Girardeau (Missouri) Vocational School of Nursing in 1994, and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Southeast Missouri State University in 1999. He has been a Certified or Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arizona since 2000. He has worked in higher education counseling, advising, learning, and disability support centers since 1996. He has also worked in hospital intensive outpatient programs, community agencies, and in private practice. Art's office is located in the 5845 Building 2nd Floor, Suite 213.
