Health & Wellness

STUDENT HEALTH & FITNESS

Osteopathic medicine is based upon establishing proper body rhythms and stimulating various organ systems in order to restore health. The most positively accepted method for stimulating the body is exercise. Thus, an on-campus recreation and fitness facility, the Thompson Campus Center (TCC), became a viable part of ATSU in 1982. The funds for the construction of the multi-purpose TCC were donated by students, alumni, employees, and friends of the University.

STILL-WELLbeing STUDENT WELLNESS PROGRAM

Still-Wellbeing provides an atmosphere for health and offers programs which enable each individual to reach his/her maximum potential in mind, body, and spirit. Involvement with the Wellness Team and many diverse wellness event opportunities are available. Spouses/significant others are always welcome. Find out more about the Still-Wellbeing Program.
