Information Technology & Services (ITS)
Information Technology and Services (ITS) is responsible for all computer-related technology resources at ATSU and provides students, faculty, and staff a broad range of both electronic and individual services.
ATSU Student Account
Approximately ten days after you paid your acceptance fee you should have received an email from the ITS Help Desk with your personal login information to the ATSU portal, which is the access point to ATSU’s electronic resources. If you have not received this information, please contact the ATSU Help Desk by calling 866.626.2878, ext. 2200, or sending an email.
Upon acceptance to SOMA, new studnets are required to purchase a pre-selected tablet computer from CDW-G Technology. New students will be sent a link to the CDW-G website to order the discounted computer. The computer must be purchased prior to the start of orientation week. Substitute computers/laptops are not allowed. All new students must purchase their tablet from this vendor. CDW-G preloads the computers with the required software/hardware needed for the SOMA program.
The financial aid budgets include enough funds to cover the expense of the computer. Financial aid cannot be disbursed prior to the start of classes so new students will need to purchase the computer with personal funds. Students experiencing extreme financial difficulties in purchasing the computer prior to receiving financial aid should contact the office of Financial Services at 660-626-2529.
Please note that virus protection software is required on any computer connecting to the ATSU network. ITS can provide you with discounted virus protection software once you are on campus.
