William Robinson, DPT, PhD
Assistant Professor of Anatomy
Dr. Robinson joined the Anatomy team at SOMA in May of 2011. He earned his bachelor's degree in Biology, and his doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University, in Nashville, Tennessee. After 10 years of practice as an Out-patient Physical Therapist, he moved to Hershey, Pennsylvania to attend the Penn State College of Medicine, where he earned his PhD in Anatomy. Over the past several years, Dr. Robinson has taught Anatomy to a wide variety of students (Surgical Technicians, Paramedics, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistants, and Elementary School students), but he particularly enjoys teaching the OMS I and OMS II DO students here at SOMA.
