Executive Assistant to the Dean:
The Executive Assistant oversees the daily management of SHM and provides advanced administrative support for the Dean. This support includes: contract managment of partnerships, faculty, and contractors; faculty and student correspondence; electronic data conveyance and maintenance; student processing from inquity to graduation; as well as scheduling, tuition and fee processing, and official SHM committee recording.
Course Designers:
Course Designers assist faculty in the design, development, delivery, review, and evaluation of their course content to make effective use of online instructional and communication tools.
Academic Support Coordinators (ASC):
Academic Support Coordinators assist Associate Deans in providing top quality customer service to our students. ASC's assigned to students will work to contact students who may be in academic distress to assist in creating a successful environment for that student. The student ASC will also work to keep all students informed and connected to university matters. The ASC of faculty will work to ensure the best possible faculty members service our students. This position will provide level 1 support to faculty and assist in faculty record keeping duties.
