Processing Fee/Payment Form
¨ Initial processing fee is $195 for the first dental school
¨ $60 for each additional school (up to 10)
¨ $50 for each additional school (11-20)
¨ $25 for each additional school for 20
¨ Fee Reduction Program
Ø Students demonstrating extreme financial hardship
Ø After payment, application for the fee reduction program will be evaluated to determine if eligible and applicant will be refunded a portion of the fees.
