Financial Assistance

If you have not already done so, please complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for financial assistance. Please go to the website and complete the form using your most recent year tax information. Remember to submit parental information if you wish to be considered for certain scholarships or a Federal Perkins Loan. The school code is G02477.

Student Financial Services will notify you via email when your award letter is available on the ATSU portal. Meanwhile, please notify the office by email or call 866.626.2878, ext. 2529, if there are any changes you need to make on your student aid report (SAR). You will indicate how much financial assistance you need from the award letter.

Tuition and fees are due twice a year in two equal payments. During the first two years, tuition for MOSDOH will be due twice a year, half at the start of each semester. During the clinical years, tuition is due at the beginning and approximate mid-point of the academic year. Tuition may be paid any time during the week that it is due.

The amount of financial assistance a student may receive is determined by a set budget that takes into consideration tuition, educational expenses, and living expenses. For an example of a student budget, please click here.

In addition, students are encouraged to seek scholarships from websites such as Fastweb and Scholaraid, as well as from reference books that detail scholarship opportunities. Students also may want to consider contacting local civic clubs, such as Rotary or Lions Club, for possible funding.
