    You must have a valid Missouri drivers license within 30 days of establishing residence in the state. To obtain a Missouri Drivers License, you must first pass a vision and written test (if you have a valid license from another state). The cost is $10.00. The Bureau in Kirksville is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. You will need to show your current drivers license and your Social Security Number.
