CINAHL -- Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health Literature Database Guide -- is an ndex to the literature of nursing and allied health information. Journals indexed cover nursing, allied health, biomedicine, alternative/complementary medicine, consumer health and health sciences librarianship.
PubMed PubMed is the National Library of Medicine's Medline, the premier index for health related clinical and research literature, Interface. Much of the LRC's full text journal content is directly accessiable from the citations rertrieved in a PubMed search from this link.
MDConsult MD Consult attempts to bring an array of medical resources together into one integrated online service to help physicians efficiently find answers to pressing clinical questions and make better treatment decisions. It includes text books, Medline with some full text, clincal guidelines and drug information. Our subscription also includes First consult, an evidence-based and continuously updated clinical information resource for healthcare professionals.
Essential Evidence Plus Essential Evidence Plus combines InfoPoems - an EBM content alerting service and Infotriever - a search interface with their EBM evaluated clinical information resources. It also includes EBM Guidelines, EBM guidelines and summaries produced by the Danish Medical Society Duodecim. In the first quarter of 2008 Wiley will be adding E-essential Medicine which will provide structured medical content aimed at clinicians providing initial care.

Doc.com presents modules focused on the interview challenges facing clinicians. It helps them develop sensitivity to differing communication styles and difficult situations, and the flexibility to respond respectfully and skillfully. Authors demonstrate these key skills in video encounters with standardized patients and provide video and text commentary on the interview.
