First Consult is an authoritative evidence-based and continuously updated clinical information resource for healthcare professionals. Designed for use at point of care, it provides instant, user-friendly access to the latest information on evaluation, diagnosis, clinical management, prognosis, and prevention.

StatRef/ACP PIER is an online, healthcare reference that integrates full text access to106 medical reference books with evidence-based resources and innovative tools. PIER (Physicians' Information and Education Resource) is a Web-based decision-support tool designed for rapid point-of-care delivery of up-to-date, evidence-based guidance for clinicians. PIER is a collection of modules divided into five topic types: Diseases; Screening and Prevention; Complementary and Alternative Medicine; Ethical and Legal Issues; and Procedures.
